We're Here For You

Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based education and prevention tool that improves the public's knowledge of mental health. The course helps you to recognize the signs to help a person developing a mental health problem or experiencing a crisis until professional help is obtained or the crisis is resolved.
BeeThe1ToHelpSomeone is at the forefront of culture sensitive help. The "neighborhood-based approach" offers culture sensitive resources that are key to care and recovery in diverse communities adversely affected entirely due to the conditions in which they are born, grow, live, work and age.
