1/2 Mile At A Time!

In the midst of rising mental health challenges and an increase in suicide among our youth and young adults, we can all have a hand in letting someone know they are not alone, there is help and recovery is possible.
Together, we're raising awareness, providing self-care resources, paying for individuals to receive therapy, offering scholarships for neighborhood Mental Health First Aid certification for both youth and adults, and we advocate on state, national and local levels with policy makers for more resilient and healthier neighborhoods.
